Unlike traditional insurance, this model is scalable for global coverage, supporting cross-border dental services by using Generative AI and a comprehensive dental report for the Patients and a digital Warranty Pass.
Fuel Stations 2030
Venture Builder
Developed a comprehensive rollout plan, including business and financial strategies, for a revolutionary fuel station concept. This model aims to transform communities by engaging youth, reducing carbon footprints, and offering integrated financial wallets/accounts for young users. It enables stations to generate multi-million dollar revenue with zero initial investment while providing innovative community-based services.
SAP ERP Implementations
Project Leader
Executed multiple SAP HR rollouts globally from conceptualization to operations, achieving 99.98% SLA performance. Successfully delivered projects in over 26 countries on time and under budget, reducing operational costs by one-third and enhancing service delivery with an 85% standard SAP implementation. Also managed three SAP upgrades, consolidating multiple clients into one global instance for 60+ countries, saving €1.5 million in customization costs across 16 APAC countries.

Transformed a project initiated by my father into a Not-for-Profit venture focused on Data Digitalization, employing elderly, retirees, women, and individuals with special needs to convert data for use in LLM and other impactful applications across industries. Using latest GenAI capabilities, this projects aims to provide respectful, flexible work opportunities that help prevent Alzheimer's and dementia and supplement pensions while digitising information for digital world.
Global Payments for Travel & Tourism
Solution Architect & PMO
Architected a global Payments Platform for the Hospitality industry, offering a seamless user experience across properties with support for 250+ payment methods. The system optimizes payment routing for cost efficiency and secures the best deals for customers and property owners. It also automates payment reconciliation across various gateways and integrates with Oracle Opera and OHIP for streamlined operations.
SAP North America Benchmark
Program IT Lead
Implemented a benchmark SAP project in North America for NAFTA, serving 17,000 employees across 220 locations with 80 time clocking systems and over 350 APIs and integrations. Executed by a lean IT team of just six, the project met all KPIs on time and within budget, achieving benchmark SLAs recognized by SAP.
